That's an important quality to have these days when dealing with such delicate and painful situations. That's the ability to let people vent and to know when to chime in. I've been literally tortured by people in positions that were supposed to be there to help me like my social security. I have been dealing with such inept Social Security workers that have caused me Triple and credible trips back and forth to wait in line to give them the same information that I just gave him the week before and if I raise my voice, that's when their pleasure begins and they won't continue the conversation until you apologize and calm down. That's when they jab you again. It happened to me exactly like that just a couple months ago with Social Security the day after my wife died and they were sending my son's social security check to the wrong account but wouldn't tell me which account. I explained to them that I have severe PTSD and that they were torturing me with their incompetence and their expectations. They would not let the conversation move forward. We were positive there while I was lectured about how to properly speak to this individual in a matter of day felt they deserved. When it was apparently we weren't going to get past this roadblock, I asked to speak to her supervisor. She asked me why. I told her it was none of her business she said it was her business. This went around and around and finally I said because I don't like your attitude and then she said have a nice day and hung up on me after I had been on hold for over an hour to get to that point. She couldn't understand why I would be frustrated after the 4th or 5th delay in my sons payments.

Sorry man, didn't mean to make this about me. Apparently I'm still a little wound up over it. I'm glad you were able to find the right person and glad to see you acknowledge what it takes to make it go right. Congratulations on your victory

@Jayciedubb Yeah... I noticed, your standards are really high. But hey, if I was a drama queen with the BTMI of Albert Einstein with a tendency towards egocentrism, my standards would be high too.

@Kwek00 that would have to be one giant if, wouldn't it?.. all except the drama queen part. If I'm a drama queen, you must be a drama goddess. Im flattered that you remembered so much about our last encounter and im a little bit sad to know you're really that miserable. Try getting some vitamin D and some rest. It's not healthy being that miserable all the time. Do you think that nobody notices that none of your comments or replies ever have anything to do with the thread that you're commenting or replying on? All you bring is negativity. Are you proud of that? I'd be ashamed

@Jayciedubb I would be ashamed too, if I were 56+ years old and I bragged about having the same BTMI then Einstein has. But I guess our bars are on a different level, and you have high standards.

Congratulations! That’s quite a feat. It’s great to see this result as you are right, courts see the mom as the primary in most cases. Also, it’s nice to see you 100% invested and fighting like a badger for your time with your daughter . Dads and daughters have a really special bond. You’ve just shown her soooo very much that she will carry with her as she grows up. Good job.
