I'm kinda bad about keeping my family medical history secret...

Granted I didn't know it was supposed to be something not spoken about. But I feel it's important. Like grandpa dying of a heart condition due to a foot nerve problem. I feel it's good conversation and let's ppl know feet problems can kill idk.

I just saw a video about Teddy Roosevelt..he got shot in the chest and continued the speech he was giving,,kinda wild ,he had a boxing ring in the white house and used to box all and sun
dry there till someone gave him a detached retina..all this while having a heart condition

I don't see anything problematic about sharing about yer grandpa,can't hurt to know
