my husband had strange activity on his accounts before from apps stealing money .. app we didn't even have.. strange stuff.. the transactions were canceled as they had nothing to do with us but were fraud

did someone get her account info or you think she's just making excuses to ask you for money? seems you think she is irresponsible financially..
