But I had to spend an hour getting my bargaining team to go without me and they were clearly like, really upset and terrified and I realize I've put too much of this on my back. They will be fine buuuut that was rough.

@CountScrofula That's difficult. You did the best thing you could. Spreading yourself too thin won't help anyone. It can be some kinda learning curve for the team even if it wasn't intentional. As far as your FIL condition, I know how much it sucks seeing someone close in that position. I do hope you get the best possible outcome here💙
