How to defeat a highly narcissistic mother?
She thinks she does no wrong. She really hurt me today and I want nothing to do with her. My dad passed away three years ago and I wish it was her in his place instead.

I had to cut off my mom after a ton of yelling at each other and arguing for the same reasons for a few months, strict no contact.
She eventually woke up to her mistakes and apologized for them.
Our relationship has gotten better since then.

@HallofMirrors I'm glad you were able to resolve your family issues.I'm done with my mother she's done nothing but hurt me and I'm ready to cut her off she doesn't love me and has proved it many times.
