How to defeat a highly narcissistic mother?

She thinks she does no wrong. She really hurt me today and I want nothing to do with her. My dad passed away three years ago and I wish it was her in his place instead.

There is your problem, right there. She is already making it about her and ignoring you. You really have to make it all about you and not about her. She cant be allowed to hurt you even if it means breaking contact. Its not like she will really miss you. Just what she expects you to do for her..😷
