How to defeat a highly narcissistic mother?
She thinks she does no wrong. She really hurt me today and I want nothing to do with her. My dad passed away three years ago and I wish it was her in his place instead.

(((((HUGS))))) I am so very sorry for your loss 😢🤗❤ My mother is also very narcissistic, however at the age of 32 I wrote her a nine page letter hilighting everything she did to me while growing up and as an adult up to that point, the final straw was when she called me a failure over the phone. It was a very nice and quiet 13 months.
