How to defeat a highly narcissistic mother?
She thinks she does no wrong. She really hurt me today and I want nothing to do with her. My dad passed away three years ago and I wish it was her in his place instead.

You can't defeat anyone who's a perpetual victim. Just disengage and put energy into building a good support system. Narcissistic abuse is centered around being a supply for them. Even if you spend time arguing back, it's supply for them because it's still a sense of power and control.
