My sister. I have spoken of her many times here on SW. She had a good life or so I thought at the time. She left her family, the fact that her drinking surfaced. Before we found out how bad the drinking was she had borrowed thousands of dollars from us. She was stealing from her patients. She lost job after job. It was always money from us. Years went by and she was practically homeless. She died while i had to stand beside her and watch.

Some people cant be helped.

Not family but a friend of my son who I let live here when he was having family trouble, but he hasn’t called in a few months, he was regular caller for 50 bucks here and there, and to his credit he paid me back.

I heard that there’s this guy whose uncle who’s loaded, used to post in the family group chat about not having any money and ask for help just so no one would ask him for cash or even suspect he was wealthy. You may try this trick on your sister-in-law.

Say what I said to my dad...., I have my exspenses too. What does that leave me, but working and not being paid back....

Nope.. i used to have a cousin who would ask money for school but then she kept asking and asking and i got skeptical and stopped sending 😒 she said she’d pay us back (several hundreds of dollars) but never did (not that i expected her to) 😏 she finished school tho and got a job as a teacher and got married and has two kids now ..

As for your sister in law i wouldn't give her a dime 😅

The one I have doesn't call she begs on her Facebook page and then gets mad if nobody helps her and posts that on Facebook ,too.
This happens at least twice a month.
She's one of these people that want you to fund thier life for them so they don't have to figure it out for themselves.

No I`m very lucky in that sense. I`d have to refuse them anyway, I`m on a pension.
