Food Prices

I been seeing this for a while notice the prices of food at the supermarket seems to go up every couple months or the size of the product is smaller? I mean 200 bucks for a week for groceries isnt much anymore for 2 people and that used to be alot. My son likes the brand named frozen foods and 1 good frozen meal is like 10+ bucks. Not looking good for the future for the middle class just saying.
.
What u guys think?

Yep. Both inflation and "shrinkflation" where they reduce the size of packign while keeping the same price or even increasing it.

They want to make a profit and every time they have to charge more because of cost of production, they will add a little bit extra to increase profit margins.

We're being ripped off.
