My father and I were very close. We spent a lot of time together: fishing, tossing a ball, hunting, talking. We were not an affectionate family, so I didn't get a lot of (any?) hugs from my mother, but I still loved her.

@exexec i'm glad you're got to experience.Those things which nowadays are very rare. These kids i'm growing up with social media That's all they know. No real life beautiful experiences.

@Fieldmaster We have young friends who managed to overcome the social media issue and still have quality time with their kids. It is possible, but the parent has to make the effort and set limits.
