Who are you closed to your mom or dad?

Did you fear your father more than your mom?

I think growing we are often closer to our mothers, however, as we get older things do change.

I had a very close relationship with my dad up until his death. His addictive behaviours drove most other family members away, but I always preserved fond memories of the best version of himself and that bonded us together. I have groen closer and cloaer to my mum since his death.
