If siblings have kids, they are first cousins. But if your First cousin has Grandkids, what are they to you?

-A Third Cousin? 🤷‍♂ They call me Uncle... I don't know how this works.

One of my uncles married one of my cousins. I tried figuring out what their kids are to me, then sort of didn't want to know.
