My mom in a nutshell...

Last time my aunt (who lives 14h away) visited gmaw, gmaw had complained to her about me not taking gmaw for car rides every time it was a nice day.
Aunt told me this later on during a talk about gmaw.

I told my mom about it today, and she said:
"That must have been a lie from your aunt (moms sister) because your gmaw wouldn't complain about those kind of things.
And besides, she probably ment me because she gets you and me confused all the time."

And just like that mom went on her usual rant about people not reaching out to her ever (super dramatic, I know) and she doesn't understand what she's done so wrong that everyone hates her and she might as well 'abort' herself bla bla bla... (Censored a word, but I'm sure you know what word I replaced)

I sent her the scedule of all gmaws appointments for the next 6 weeks after her rant, hoping she'd take a hint, but all she said was "I guess you'll be too busy to help me and husband move then"... (Gmaw has atleast one appointment every week in addition to thursdays where I grocery shop and do some cleaning for her)

Some people make it all about them, you know what gmaw's appointments are, she knows she can rely on you and you won't make excuses or complain, you keep doing what you're doing. Let your mom get on with it.

@Kstrong I've been at it the last 5,5 years. I don't mind helping gmaw most of the time, but I'm a disability pensioner for a reason, something gmaw doesn't seem to understand. Probably bc you can't see my issues just by looking at me.
It would be nice to get some help with gmaw, but I've learned not to hope.

@LordBarbossa I understand more than you know, was in the severe car collision with multiple injuries and traumatic brain injury and coma, still suffering from those injuries 37 years later, the day my life changed.... Not all injuries are visible and yes, people forget that you still struggle daily, you learn to cope and compensate. Keep pressing on, I'm sure you learned understanding and compassion....
