Concentrate on the ones still alive, remember the dead fondly but do not dwell on them too long, their cycle is complete.

@JamesBugman i dont dwell on them at all. Hence not even remembering when they died. I do concentrate on my family that is left. Too bad they dont care about me. True story.

@Enonnanne It's upsetting and depressing when loved ones die. But the fact is, from my POV, is that all deaths are not equal. Generally, a person will only get super depressed when the most loved person in his/her group dies. For instance, if a sibling or parent dies you may not even shed a tear but if a spouse dies you might fall apart.

@Diotrephes this is true. My parents i was close to but my step son was only 28 and it affected me more. Well spouses are def a much harder impact than any death minus a kid. Agree.
