Enema at home

I'm here to talk to other parents or other mothers about advice on good ways to give enema. have not done it yet wanna get more info and talk to others .

The best way is to have them in a Fetal position knees up to chest. Is it a liquid bottle or a gel insert? If its gel hold it inside for a few seconds with your finger so that their body heat can cause it to dissolve otherwise they will only push it out.
