My Mother didn't show me Love

When I needed my mother, she wasn't there emotionally in my teen years. I had to fend for myself, leave home and learn how to navagate the streets engaging myself with dangerous people. I'm tired of the excuse of "Oh her parents weren't affectionate to her" There is a such thing as therapy so you won't spread the generational curse. I envy woman who have close relationships with their mom. She was so mean to me, criticized my clothing as a adult with my son present, & when my old apt was damaged due to a fire which wasn't my fault, she stood there with a smirk on her face. She abused my brother and as a social worker and got away with it when I was younger.

I discovered that many just wanted sex but not the child birth linked to it. Many just make babies as by product of their lust, and ruin the life of next generation, since they come in earlier than us in life and just think they know it all, when actually their life was miserable.

If your mother is alive, you should start giving back to her for all she has done to you... criticize her choice of partner, and whether she would sleep with anyone and give her random calls to ask nonsense questions, to ensure that she does not die in peace. Openly tease her in front of your brother , son etc. as parents tends to hide behind the respect and decency we have for them.

@in10RjFox She has dementia, early stages. Don't have to do too much.

@BeautifulLibra It's your call. You can use whatever memory she has, as the condition may even reverse if her brain starts ticking. You can act like her mother or even her father, like just a superior position. Say that you are possessed by her mother and try making insinuating remarks like "did I give birth to you to treat my grandchildren this way ?" ..
