It is hard to suggest things that wouldn't sound like someone making fun of this young lady. Wear a tall hat, a hat with a tall antenna on top, some helium balloons maybe. It all sounds silly.

That fluorescent yellow green is a good color. Dress her in that
@Sevendays clothes are pretty hard to find for her, but we have tried the different colors that we could find, she fits in newborn clothing, and we have found some hot pink clothes, and even with that it was still happening. She isn’t quite tall enough to be in line with an adult when walking near her, and especially if you’re in a hurry. Your typical toddler is a lot bigger than Clara, so they can more easily be seen
