How can we help my daughter to better be seen when we are out in public?

My daughter is six years old and 1‘5“ tall because of her dwarfism.when she is walking around, especially in public. People aren’t expecting a tiny little toddler sized six year old at times. Is there something she could have/where/hold to be more noticeable, a few time is it she has gotten bumped into out in public, even stepped over and knocked down a couple of timesbecause she wasn’t seen.

Of course I make sure that she is OK, but it would be great if we could have something that is up high enough to be in an adult line of sight a little bit better.

That fluorescent yellow green is a good color. Dress her in that
@Sevendays clothes are pretty hard to find for her, but we have tried the different colors that we could find, she fits in newborn clothing, and we have found some hot pink clothes, and even with that it was still happening. She isn’t quite tall enough to be in line with an adult when walking near her, and especially if you’re in a hurry. Your typical toddler is a lot bigger than Clara, so they can more easily be seen
