I feel as if I traveled a million emotional miles
Hey yall.....my dad is out of critical care and is expected to make a full recovery....
My sister, my mom and I sat by his bed side for three days...and for a time it looked pretty grim .
Perhaps the darkest days of my life.
Please allow me to thank you all with every fiber of my heart for your thoughts and prayers....they will forever mean the everything to me.
In the quite....alone with him I read each of your names aloud each of your thoughts and prayers I shared with him hoping beyond hope that somehow he could hear me....
My faith....your faith tells me he did.
He has a ways to go as well as some lifestyle changes.....but the shadow falls upon him no longer.
I've spoke of him here before....as I sat beside him with tears of relief........ Out of ear shot of my mom....as I leaned in close he said to me....
" Hey...you should have known....Death didn't know who he was f@*#ing with"
Again....I love you all....and thankyou.
