Big family Father's Day bbq today

This is something I don't mind doing anymore. I use to worry to the point of having panic attacks when I had to go to my family events. When I go to Joel's family events I don't have a worry about anything.

His family has accepted us as their own. We are family now. I don't have to worry if I have a tic or outburst that I will be judged or told to go outside because I am faking it or doing it to embarrassed my mother.

My kids can be themselves there. My tiny tornado can run and play with the others kids.

My daughter can bring her sensory bag and do what she needs to do to be comfortable. I look forward to these events now.

Just wish my stomach wasn't hurting still.

But I won't let that ruin a great day
