Why would anyone want to wave the Mexican flag whilst living in the USA ?

I guess you're unaware that the entire western half of the US WAS Mexico until fairly recently in the grand scheme of things. The Hispanic population has every right to be there.

The problem is people who came here illegally, not those that were already here.
