What's the most fantabulous thing about being American ?

I'm not American but when they send their military somewhere, I'm sure they have containers full of everything they need just waiting to deploy because when they arrive and once it's set up it's a fully functioning camp. Compare that to the UK and every detachment is as if they've never been anywhere before; what we needed one bed per person? Moronic and yet the people who could deal with it are there just not utilised. Anyway US military detachments - organised.
