Parents with kids: if you know you have to do something but feel you cant do it, what do you do?

There is nobody else. Either I do it or she goes without and I’m not having that on my conscience.
I would say that mental illness makes it extremely hard to parent. If that’s your issue then you owe it to your child to seek help.
