They show their disdain for the customer in every way except openly say it out loud. Their customer service personnel know this very well. I did some computer repair work at AT&T once and some of the 💩 their staff says would shock you. Customer appreciation took the last train outta town for the coast and ain't comin' back.

@PatKirby I have experienced bad service in the past but I was surprised for this year to get a better deal than I anticipated.

I was wary at first but it turned out to be relatively easy :)
