An old guy starts playing with your kid at the park

Some old guy, say retired, grey hair, approaches the playground and starts playing with the kids there. Showing them things like putting sand on the slide and sliding down it, and then he sits on the teeter totter and asks a kid to ride with him.
Would you, as a parent, freak out and call the police?

@JamesBugman in this day and age that would be a little inappropriate for a stranger to do with kids .bit of a sort of grey area really most parents would rightly not want too put there kids in direct danger of a child predator . maybe you should go over and evalute the situation and maybe this will be enough for the stranger too show there hand and either run if there motives are not good or not.
