My husband and I don't want kids but our parents want grandkids, how should I tell them?

He and I talked and decided we didn't want kids before marrying, but our parents said they hoped for grandkids someday.

If you and he don't want kids before marrying, but parents hope to be grandparents some day, both views seem reasonable and the solution simple. Get married!

@jenni100 I got confused by the wording as well. I think the OP meant that before marrying, they talked about this and decided not to have kids.
