@geoam1 they had all kinds of IVs and drains in me during and after surgery for several days. I don’t know why it happened but my left hand had an IV in it and it doubled in size plus bruises. I ordered a cushie tube pillow filled with micro-beads before surgery & brought it with me and it helped in so many ways, had to elevate that hand and used it. Also good for coughing to hold over the abdomen. I just hope Ned can get some sleep and rest while he’s there but hospitals are not known for that.
