Today was my lucky day!

If you have seen my first post on here you’ll know my financial situation right now - it’s getting better slowly but surely but today I was on the receiving end of a tiktok trend that fully made my day.

I’m not sure if anyone is familiar with the “she deserved the purse” trend on tiktok. Well today when buying nappies for my baby I found £50 and a note saying “you’re doing a great job” stuffed between 2 packets of nappies. It may not seem like a lot to most but to us that £50 did our food shop this week and honestly I never thought anything like that would happen to us.

I’m not really religious but sometimes I do find myself wondering if sometimes something (maybe god, maybe the universe, maybe just luck) is sent to us at a time where we need it most.
