If a boy, a basic cellphone once he hits puberty, so he can google girls. A girl, when she is 21, she is just gonna text constantly other girls, or worst, guys. Make her read books on science instead and wear drabby clothes.
@Dignaga I disagree. Girls need basic cell phones at age 14 to 15. Girls are targets, and they need to be able to call home or call 911 if they are in danger.
