My grandma always cleaned all the dishes right after everyone was done

I like to wait to do that after my company leaves. Or just pace myself with it.. I might wash up a couple bigger things to get them out of the way. But I like to visit and not make anyone feel like they have to help either. I don't believe in having my company help wash dishes or clean anything. But a lot of people do

I even wash my pots and pans before I eat. The food doesn't get that cold. I'm fast.

[@swanandfriends] 🤔well i think you are right if you have guests /visitors i think you should time with them it would be rather ignorant really too wash the dishes

We did that at my grandmas. She did not have a dishwasher. We all helped.

Hell, even if I have a dishwasher, I never use it. I prefer just doing them by hand
