What’s your heritage? :)

When I fill in the forms I always tick British / Irish. But despite my Great grandad coming over to England some point in the civil war I've only been to Ireland a couple of times. It was drummed into me from my grandad that we were Irish Catholic blah blah blah. I then used it in the children's homes growing up as a barrier, a point of difference and to stop people wanting to be friends with me.

I only support Ireland at rugby when they aren't playing England. That's as far as my heritage takes me 🤣🤣🤣
