What does it mean if a mom doesnt wish u well

nobody ever believes me on that. i dont wanna be making myself a victim, but im just curious

It's nothing. Wishing doesn't make it so. We all could be wishing to win the lottery and it won't happen.
Better thing to do than wishing you well is to train you up so you know how to do well in life.
