How can I help her

I have a neighbour that am close with, we go to evening walks and spend time sometimes.

I know she has been having some issues with mother in law and sister in law she’s living with.

Lately I’ve seen her growing very thin and frail. Also during our walking she tripped and fell hurt her nose and asked me not to tell anyone in her family about it.

Not sure how I can help her

What kind of issues? Have you ever met them?

If she were my friend I'd tell her I wanted to be there for her. Obviously something is going on and you care.

I hope she is able to open up. You're very kind to help her.

I would call adult protective services and tell them she is in trouble abd being abuzed
