Where do they teach sensibility ?

I would say they teach that in grade school, when they begin elevating the whiny kids who cry when they lose at sports, and give them "participation trophies".

Also, in grade school, when they begin to encourage very young children to question their own gender, and then, in typical Hitler Youth format, bully the children who make fun of them.
