How much vegetation do eat and how active are you?
4meAndyou · F
@HumanEarth I am normally active, I suppose. I eat a lot of chopped salads, and loads of frozen veggies. My doctor has me on the No White Diet.

Eat ichweed and dandelion greens a lot this summer. Just eat them raw from your lawn

@HumanEarth Interesting 👍

@Nimbus My son has been diabetic
free for five years now. Went from needing daily insulin shot to not needing nothing.
But it involves a lot more then just changing diet.

@HumanEarth That's great :)
If there is one thing most people hate it is changing their lifestyle.
They will put their life on the line for it, so stubborn.

@Nimbus The hardest thing according to my son was giving up fastfood and had to teach himself to be active to where he sweated for at least 30 minutes 3 times a day.

@Nimbus I know about lifestyle change, I went from living in a big giant city to living an on a farm in the middle of nowhere.
Nimbus · M
@HumanEarth A massive change and one which I would have liked to do.
HumanEarth · F
@Nimbus I made the change easily. I never liked the city life. When I first moved out here. Everyone was still on dial-up and cellphones were not everywhere yet.
In 2010 that all change and cellphone towers went up, and satellite internet started to make it out here. Ruined everyone's freedom out here.
