my brother is moving back home this weekend

He moved out 18 bc of our mum. Now shes gone he is coming back to help me with our siblings. He’s 22. Havent seen him since he left but i hope he can be the male role model we need in the house and help me enforce some rules and structure around here. Our house until now has been like a house share with everyone doing whatever they want. So its past time we need some structure for the kids and boundaries that are age appropriate
