My grandfather hasn't been doing so well

Last time I talked about my grandfather he had caught Covid from my uncle. He took my grandfather to the hospital and because of his health insurance they sent him home to recover. Well my grandfather he wasn't home long and we found out my uncle took him back to the hospital. We found out the next day he had pneumonia. I remember he had that not that long ago. I guess he didn't recover from it. Well he is still having trouble eating and not being hungry. The doctor wanted to get him to eat some kind of blended food. But he has trouble swallowing. He doesn't want feeding tube. But I'm not sure what more they can do with him.
