Im over the lack of sleep

Now i should be sleeping but its one of those nights thats keeping me up

I'm Schizophrenic and Bipolar so lack of sleep is dangerous for me and tonight I can't sleep. I haven't slept in 2 nights so I will need to see a Dr tomorrow...
