Not often but I do dream about them occasionally

@Lilymoon quite a few of us do here
Lilymoon · F
@JohnnyNoir yeah it's weird ... talking to them and then waking up. 😵‍💫
JohnnyNoir · 56-60, M
@Lilymoon this is really weird but sometimes my folks were dead but had returned like it was some brief state. I also dream about one of my best friends who has just come back from being away for some years
Lilymoon · F
@JohnnyNoir yeah you have to wonder if they're trying to communicate with you. Mine are always very brief and I don't always remember what they said
JohnnyNoir · 56-60, M
@Lilymoon I don't remember conversations either. I dream about being at home with them and my sister who passed a few years back. That connection with them and our home is a constant in the dreams
Lilymoon · F
@JohnnyNoir yup that's usually the scenarios
JohnnyNoir · 56-60, M
@Lilymoon I just wonder what dream analysts would think about mine.
Lilymoon · F
@JohnnyNoir Funny thing is scientists still haven't figured out why we dream 🤔
JohnnyNoir · 56-60, M
@Lilymoon pretty sure that will remain a mystery for a long time.

@Lilymoon My wife hails from the Caribbean. Her culture places great emphasis on spirits.

When each of my parents died and I told her that I had dreams about them shortly thereafter, she said that meant that their spirits were nearby and essentially were visiting me.

That makes a lot of sense to me.

@RedBaron yeah I like to think that for sure...it's funny too most of the dreams are when they've recently died....and then get lesser as time goes on
