What does it mean when someone keeps blinking their eyes after you tell them something?

Like the principal told a boy that was in a special class for behavior that she knew he was not really crazy and it was just an act. He started just blinking his eyes a lot for about a minute.

Not sure you can establish that response as an "Absolute Reason."

Could be a triggered response to stress.

Could be a kinesis disorder.

Could be several different things.
