The same brother with type-2 diabetes and recent medicine change? If so, may I suggest a deep internet dive into what people are saying about that med. Start with what the FDA has to say.

Nov 21 had a 96 percent heart failure
Now am back in normal range
I do plenty of walks and hikes.. docs say im doing very good and asked what i do to keep doing so well

If he's smoking cannabis, he should abstain. It has been shown to increase blood pressure.

I hope he pulls through.
