@Nimbus Oh I've worked customer service before, I'm always polite with waiters.

1. They get shocked when me and my wife are happy there is a delay!

2. Our politeness and sociableness has got us some free Champagne before!

It depends on where we are. In Europe, we dine late, like 8-10 p.m. In the US we usually get a reservation around 6:30-7:30 p.m.
