Let's say that your brother has his good qualities but when he gets angry he destroys things and puts holes in the wall, as well as self harms, he apologizes but it happens at least 3 times a month. Would you still stick around him?

If he is doing these things, he needs help and family turning thier back on him will not help. Try to get him to seek help and help him to find this help. People deserve a chance to live there best life.
