My Mum, Martika

She's had a pretty tough year this year. Having another baby sister, which I was assured was not on mum and dad's agenda, certainly didn't help.

She gave up drugs last year and she's been taking counselling for all manner of personal issues.

This is pretty much to say that I am proud of her. She's on the mend and getting back to her younger days, as she says.

Good for her...
