Should a man be force/compelled to 'marry' a woman that he's 'accidentally' made pregnant ?

I don't think so. Since when has marriage had anything to do with being a parent? You can be a fantastic relationship partner but a completely shit parent, or a fantastic parent but completely shit at relationships.

I don't buy that there's any linking between 'christian values' and being married. Or being a parent.

But others may beg to differ.

Just asking.....but how does a guy "accidentally" make someone pregnant? He just walks down the street with a hardon and then he trips and BAM....he accidentally lands in a girls pussy? 😆 🤣 😂
@anythingoes477 Thanks for BA. ❤

@anythingoes477 Indeed - there's no 'accident' about conception - it's a deliberate act. But remember it takes two to tango so the woman is just as responsible as the man for taking steps to prevent unwanted pregnancy and step 1 is DO NOT HAVE SEX! Followed by steps 2 to 10 which also are DO NO HAVE SEX!

If you have sex with someone (this applies to us women just as much as men) then you are partly responsible for whatever the consequences are. it's not all the man's responsibility, or all the woman's responsibility.

This only changes where sex is non consensual - ie. it's RAPE! And rape can be committed by a woman just as much as by a man.
