Why do some people think that parents are above criticism?

Particularly moms....

I honestly don't understand 🤔
Especially to the point of justifying the humiliation and mistreatment of their own kids

Many reasons, but usually is because they raise the children. That doesn't mean they don't make mistakes or shouldn't apologize
