Im so upset right now.

Every week i give my wife money for child support. EVERY WEEK!! Today I get a call from the schools saying there lunch accounts are negative and if i don't make the account current they will have to eat a cold lunch. I try and call her but i get voice mail. I text her again and again and nothing. So i had to leave work go to their school and pay 75$ to make their accounts current. When i dropped the kids off she rushed them inside. I thought about going inside and confronting her. I didn't because of the kids. I didn't want to lose it front of them.
I really don't need this right now!! What do i do?

Make sure you have proof of all your payments in case she start claiming you aren't paying enough and tries to sue for more...

Have the money statements showing you are paying the correct amount... even if you have to make it electronic payments

@Viper trust me i keep records of everything i give her. I pay her in checks too so there is proof of her getting the money and cashing them. I save everything and have more then one copy. She wants this separation not me. So im not going to let her screw me over

I would suggest making sure there is a receipt from the school and if they could write a formal letter setting out why they requested the payment from you and not from her so that it can be presented as evidence if required.

@CheekyBadger i asked the school to email there lunch balances for this year and i will get text messages when the accounts are low now. She couldn't be reached they have been trying for two weeks.

Deduct it from your child support. She wont dare turn you in. Makes her look bad
