Can you love your wife & mistress / girlfriend
Will this work long term, or do you Have to eventually choose one to be with?
Will it cause heartbreak

Some people can. I have a relative who was once in a poly relationship (and may still be, IDK). I think it takes a certain thought process and a level of open mindedness that few people possess though.
