@Torsten I don’t know why there’s so much hate towards trans people though. That makes me sad.

@Carissimi yah I see them a lot too. Some posts are more than others.

@iamonfire696 i personally thinks its the trans activists that have caused more hate and division. Also the whole sports stuff.
I personally have no hate towards trans people. I disagree with a few things but there is no hate from me towards them in general

@Torsten The vast majority of trans and LGBT in general are not out doing weird stuff like some of the questionable news outlets want you to believe. No, most are just trying to live life, work a boring job, and get by in the world.
I have known plenty of LGBT myself, as I am in the community, and what might shock you most is just how mundane our lives are, just like how straight people's lives are typically boring.

Want to know what i did today? Got up, ate something, went to get my hair done, bought some groceries, then I crusaded for for people like me to have our adverbs and prepositions changed, and tonight I am going to go do a strip tease at the local retirement home all while demanding they call me "Torsten the pregnant man".

@Torsten I am not sure what is wrong with letting people be who they want to be as long as it’s not causing any harm.

If you really wanted to be a panda it would make no difference to me if it made you happy.

@CestManan i know the majority of trans people just want to live their lives, be happy and left alone. That is why i said trans activists for the most part are the ones causing more hate and division.
when it comes to the LGBTQ community, i know for the most part they all are not on the extreme end of things that the loud minority in that community portray.
I have no issues with that community in general. Again though, i disagree with a few things but there is no hate from me in general.
I joke around a lot but its not me trying to be hateful

@Torsten Most people are just trying to get by in this world. Usually though the hardcore activists and crusaders in any subculture make the rest of their people look bad.

Thing is, outsiders tend to dislike activists in other subcultures but those of us who are in the same community as said activists/crusaders REALLY dislike them.

Ya know what is the worst though? We are told who we should boycott or hate but one would get exhausted trying to keep track. I mean so many different hands go into making society function.

@CestManan I agree with you completely there. I can imagine it to be very frustrating to deal with such activists and have them claim to speak for others yet just put such a negative light on that community

@Torsten Luckily though I think most people judge more on what they see in real life more than what goes on with the web.

Oh here is a funny one - when the whole vax debate was raging, I was talking to a co-worker about it once and he nervously said, "I identify as a vaccinated person".
